Booking Policy:

A non refundable deposit of £200 per stay is required to your secure your booking, with the balance due 6 weeks before check-in

Provisional bookings taken over the phone will be held for 4 working days.

Cancellations:

More than 8 weeks before check-in: 100% refund

Between 6-8 weeks before check-in: 50% refund

Less than 6 weeks before check-in: No refund
